Triboo S.p.A. ("Triboo" or the "Issuer") announces that, in the period between 1 December and 31 December 2022, it purchased 19,382 treasury shares on Euronext Milan at an average price of Euro 1.103 per share for a total value of Euro 21,376, as part of the treasury share purchase programme authorised by the Shareholders' Meeting on 29 April 2022.

 

Based on the information provided by Banca Generali S.p.A. - an intermediary operating in full autonomy and independence - the following is a summary of the transactions in aggregate form on a daily basis:

Since the start of the programme, Triboo has purchased 352,909 treasury shares (equal to 1.228% of the share capital), for a total value of €439,564.

Following the purchases and utilisations made, considering the shares already in the portfolio, as of 31 December 2022, Triboo held 801,813 treasury shares, equal to 2.790% of the share capital.
