Triboo is Serapian's new e-commerce partner

Serapian, the iconic leather goods Maison and part of Richemont since 2017, has chosen Triboo as its digital partner for e-commerce management and various digital activities.

Triboo has created a sophisticated Online Boutique, perfectly in line with the elegance that has always distinguished the brand. The site was developed with the Shopify Plus platform, which offers a very high level of customization, support and a series of advanced features that allow for excellent automation. This platform, which is best suited to meet the customer's needs, will be managed by the dedicated store management team. 

Currently, the site is navigable in three languages: English, Italian, and Japanese, however new languages will be introduced in the next phase catering to as many users as possible. Additionally, it was possible to implement Shopify Markets, a cross-border management tool that helps identify, set up, launch, optimize and manage international markets from a single store. This innovative platform, released in 2022, will ensure that the brand can strategically and individually reach a wider international clientele.

For the duration of the three-year agreement, the Digital Transformation Factory will provide store management, customer care, graphic design, promotional strategy, email marketing, marketing automation and SEO services.
