Disclosure on the purchase of own shares

Triboo S.p.A. ("Triboo" or "Issuer") announces that in the period between November 1 and November 30, 2022, it purchased 56,507 treasury shares on Euronext Milan at an average unit price of EUR 1.131 for a total value of EUR 63,915, as part of the share buyback program authorized by the Shareholders' Meeting on April 29, 2022.
