Disclosure on the purchase of own shares
Triboo S.p.A. ("Triboo" or "Issuer") announces that in the period between July 1 and July 31, 2022, it purchased 46,126 treasury shares on Euronext Milan at an average unit price of EUR 1.262 for a total value of EUR 58,192, as part of the share buyback program authorized by the Shareholders' Meeting on April 29, 2022.
