Triboo: Board of Directors Approves Quarterly Disclosure as of March 31, 2022

Strong growth in Group revenues and EBITDA as at 31 March 2021 

The Board of Directors of Triboo S.p.A. ("Triboo" or the "Company") - a group active in the digital sector and listed on Euronext Milan - met on 16 May 2022 under the chairmanship of Riccardo Maria Monti, and reviewed the Group's performance in the first three months of the year, and approved selected unaudited financial data as of 31 March 2022, with particular reference to consolidated revenues, consolidated EBITDA and consolidated net financial position ("Quarterly Information"). In particular:

❖ Consolidated revenue as at 31 March 2022 was EUR 24.8 million, up 13.9% from EUR 21.8 million as at 31 March 2021;

❖ Consolidated EBITDA is up 31.5% (EUR 3.9 million compared to EUR 3.0 million as at 31 March 2021);

❖ The Group's net financial position as at 31 March 2022 was a negative EUR 7.5 million, an improvement from net debt of EUR 10.3 million as at 31 March 2021.

Net debt as of 31 March 2022 essentially refers to financial payables for rents and leases, accounted for in accordance with IFRS 16, in the amount of €8.3 million (€4.1 million as of 31 March 2021). At the level of the individual Divisions, the Digital Division recorded revenue of EUR 19.2 million with EBITDA of EUR 2.8 million, while the Media Division ended the first three months of the year with revenue of EUR 5.8 million with a margin of EUR 1.2 million.
